Kilifi County is characterized by the high level of poverty thus contributed to high levels of school dropout among youths, high levels of underage sex contributed to early childhood parenting, the emerging cases of cancer and increased rate of HIV/AIDS transmission in the community. Further these factors are vulnerabilities that lead to the formation of the Organization.
